The Silicone Foam Square Profile is a high-performance, extruded sealing solution manufactured from premium-grade silicone rubber with a uniform closed-cell foam structure. Designed with a precise square cross-section, this profile offers exceptional compressibility, resilience, and durable sealing capabilities across a wide range of industrial, automotive, and HVAC applications.

  • Superior Compression Set Resistance: Maintains its original shape and sealing force even after prolonged compression, ensuring long-term, reliable performance.

  • Wide Temperature Range: Functions effectively in extreme environments, with a standard service range from -60°C to +230°C (-76°F to 446°F). High-temperature variants are available upon request.

  • Excellent Weathering & UV Resistance: Resistant to ozone, oxidation, and ultraviolet light, making it ideal for outdoor and exposed applications without cracking or degrading.

  • Chemical & Fluid Resistance: Exhibits good resistance to water, steam, dilute acids, and alkalis. (Note: Not recommended for use with petroleum-based oils or fuels).

  • Low Compression Force: Requires minimal clamping force to achieve an effective seal, reducing stress on mating components and simplifying installation.

  • Damping & Insulation: Provides excellent vibration dampening, sound absorption, and thermal insulation properties.

Standard Dimensions:

  • Available in a wide range of square cross-sections, typically from 3x3 mm up to 50x50 mm.

  • Custom sizes, tolerances, and length specifications (cords or cut gaskets) are available to meet your specific design requirements.
