UL94 V0 Silicone Sponge Sheet for Heating Elements

Our UL94 V0 Silicone Sponge Sheet for Heating Elements is a flame-retardant silicone sponge material designed for high-temperature sealing, thermal insulation, electrical insulation, cushioning, and vibration damping around heating elements. It is suitable for electric heaters, heating plates, heating pads, PTC heaters, heating tubes, heating films, ovens, home appliances, HVAC equipment, and industrial heating systems.

The soft silicone sponge structure provides excellent compression and recovery, allowing the sheet to conform to uneven surfaces and create a tight seal against dust, moisture, and air. It helps reduce heat loss, protect adjacent components, and improve safety by limiting flame spread with a UL94 V0 flame rating. The material also offers good resistance to high and low temperatures, aging, ozone, and UV.

This sheet can be custom die-cut into gaskets, pads, strips, and sealing profiles according to your drawings or samples, making it suitable for OEM and ODM heating element applications.
