ESD Static Dissapative Silicone Sponge Sheet Gaskets is a specialized elastomeric material engineered to provide both electrical conductivity and environmental sealing in a soft, compressible form. It combines the flexible, durable properties of silicone rubber with the electrical properties of conductive fillers, all within a sponge (foam) structure.

Our ESD silicone sponge gaskets and custom die-cut silicone pads are made from anti-static silicone sponge sheet, designed to provide reliable ESD protection, sealing, cushioning, and vibration damping in sensitive electronic applications. The soft, compressible silicone sponge structure allows the gasket to conform to uneven surfaces, creating a tight seal against dust, moisture, and environmental contaminants while helping to protect ESD-sensitive components.

These ESD gaskets are suitable for electronics, PCB assemblies, semiconductor equipment, communication devices, medical electronics, and other applications where static discharge control and reliable sealing are required. The material can be custom die-cut into precise shapes, sizes, and profiles according to your drawings or samples.
